Until I decided to travel for a business trip to Nairobi that weekend, I had never heard about this hotel. After reading few reviews and being undecided for a couple days, I decided to give it a shot!
The hotel is relatively new, in a quiet and nice area. Knowing that parking for free, I rented a car and was pleasantly surprised by the structure of the facility.
Check-in was smooth and friendly. Once in the room, you could feel the freshness and the cleanness overall, with bottled water and all the basic amenities. I loved it. However, I also quickly noticed that there was no kettle, tea or any type provision an afternoon or evening tea, I was quite surprised giving all the details an hotel of such standing. I reached out to the front desk about that, and although they had indicated that tea, kettle etc are provided in the residences room (from 1 bedroom and up), they still provided me with everything necessary to allow me, whenever I wish, to have a tea. Which I very much appreciated.
I also needed a glass of wine after purchasing a bottle, I was quickly provided with a couple of them.
Breakfast was excellent and well supplied, with attention to details. I enjoyed it for 3 morning in a row.
The hotel is prettily decorated and definitely worth staying there.
Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay. I will definitely go back for another visit whenever I get a chance. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing the help, and the area is near everything you need!
