I had an amazing experience, the hotel staff made my stay and birthday the best birthday in years. They went the extra mile to make me feel safe, important and happy. Avoid!!! We got the “Annex” building next to the actual building we saw online. We paid US$500 per night and our rooms have NO windows. There were 3 fake windows that couldn’t even see through them. Room was dark and misty. Drain didn’t work, shower stall have leak. Across the street is a bar / cafe. We don’t even know what it is. Loud music starts early and continues throughout the night. They do offer free laundry but beware!! You get your clothes back so wrinkled that you can even wear them. Also they limit you to 1 bag a day. There is no DND sign. Housekeeping knock on door everyday. Ground floor door is always open. Not secured whatsoever as anyone can walk inside the building. Overall this property did not worth the price!! There are other nicer hotels in the area

Highly recommend. Location is perfect. Really close to myeondong underground station so easy to go anywhere. It is about 70 m from the myeondong night markets which is perfect. Lots of street food and shopping so close by but far enough to be quiet at night so you can sleep peacefully. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Many thanks especially to Harry at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with our airline issues. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Seoul.

The layout was not that great. What really got to us was the construction every morning at 7am. For what we paid they didn’t even have a couch to properly lay on as the back rest was Velcro padding that came out. The vent fan was not working either and space was super tight no room to leave luggage. The location was excellent, place was clean, staff were friendly. Just our room was quite poor in terms of design and relaxability.

Great location but room has its drawbacks.

Great location. Staff are helpful. Condition of the room was average. Some chairs were not bolted together well. One toilet did not lock properly. Construction was still occurring in the building. Random tapping sounds at mornings or evenings. The design has a lot you sacrifice; you have a bath in the middle of the living room but you give up a potential sofa to watch tv from and have to instead sit at the edge of the bath area. More style over comfort and function.
