The hotel is in a nice location but far away from anything else in the island. Not really the perfect place for sightseeing.
The all inclusive snacks are very limited, if you missed lunch due to a day trip, then most likely you will need to wait until evening to eat anything.
Upon arrival there no towels in our room, the following day we 2 towels less and the day after this we had no towels at all again.
The new towels were brought to us after 7pm,in our option too late for a shower before evening meal.
The indoor pool is nice and perfect when the weather isn't too good outside, there are allocated times for children but none of the guests or staff actually follow this rule. There children in there the whole time splashing everyone, this is annoying as an adult wanting to relax and read.
This is not only the fault of the hotel, as parents should also take note of this.
The pool bar and private beach were not open, but this is likely to do with the season as its only April.
We had a lovely room with a pool and sea view, the room was really nice but I assume there is a laundry or service room next door to it. I could hear (what sounds like a washing machine) every night and early morning. It might have been something else but the noise kept me awake a lot during the night. If it is a washing machine, I would recommend the hotel staff to not have it on during the night.
We enjoyed our stay but the issue with towels, pool and noise brought our stay down
