We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Hotel poem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was not so comfortable but the overall feel of this boutique hotel made up for it. The hotel is nicely located on a quiet street but only one block from many restaurants and very close to major attractions. Highly recommend hotel poem

The installations were very nice, made even more by the people working there. Their customer service was great and made our stay flow with ease. The location was quiet, without the bustle and noise of the restaurant and souvenir shop street, which was conveniently around the corner. The room view was spectacular, we had a balcony suite… The Little Prince room made a wonderful “head start” for to our trip to Cappadocia! Highly recommend this hotel: location, food, installations, theme, and its employees were beyond par.

Hotel Poem is an incredible hotel. The breakfast is top notch. Everything is made to order, but it really fits the cozy, homey vibe of the hotel. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. The receptionist, Erçan, has a junilant personality and made us feel very comfortable. The trip was made easy because of the accommodations the hotel provided, like airport transfer. They also book you tours in the bosphorous, city, museums, which are helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay again. The area surrounding the hotel is not as hospitable due to the fact that Sultanahmet is a touristy place, but it is very safe and quiet.
