Shareable Dining Table
I had an unpleasant experience during breakfast at your hotel. I had briefly left my table—after switching the status sign to red, indicating it was occupied—to get a cup of coffee. When I returned, I was surprised to find that all my unfinished food & cutlery were cleared away, and another guest was seated at my table.
When I asked about this, the waiter brusquely told me that it was a four-seater table, as if that justified removing my belongings without any consideration. While I’m absolutely fine with sharing a table—even though there were still empty ones available—the lack of clear signage created unnecessary confusion.
To prevent similar misunderstandings in the future, I recommend providing an additional sign that clearly indicates whether a table is shareable or not. This simple gesture could greatly improve the dining experience for all guests.
