Looks nice from the outside and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, the whole building is in dire need of renovation. The elevators are scary and falling apart, the rooms are old, the windows barely keep out the very loud traffic (even late into the night), the AC is as loud as a helicopter even on the lowest setting, the shower heads are useless and there is no fridge in the room, despite being charged a 15$ "amenity fee" PER NIGHT!!! that you only find out about when arriving - this is unacceptable.
At least the view of Lincoln Park is nice.
Oh, and parking is an absolutely ridiculous 36$ PER NIGHT, with street parking hard to find.
