The best restaurants in Skegness reflect the town's history as a resort destination. Skegness is the largest seaside resort on the Lincolnshire coast. It’s an old-school kind of place, home to Billy Butlin’s original resort. As a consequence, there are plenty of affordable restaurants and cafés that cater well to families.

Naturally, being a beachside town, seafood plays a significant role in the local cuisine. Rural Lincolnshire supplies a great range of fresh seasonal produce, too, ensuring that the top eateries in Skegness are able to offer outstanding and eco-friendly plates.

This past life is referenced in the burger menu, with options such as Silence in Court, a beef pattie loaded with bacon, egg and cheese; Order Order, containing battered chicken; or Contempt of Court, a vegetarian burger accompanied by salad.
