We liked our room and the bed was very comfortable. We had our room in the 9th floor, unfortunately there was no telephne to talk to the reception. Therewas a fire alarm one day, which went on until very late at night and we could use the elevators to talk to the reception so that was very unlucky, we had to take the stairs from the 9th floor, down and up. The Ventilation in the room was very noisy and you can't switch it off. The reception promised to sent someone to check it but no one came, even the day after, no one came. SO we slept every night with the noisy ventilation going, it was like sitting in an airplane.
