The Waldorf Cancun is an absolutely wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed staying with you all. What was most striking was the staff there, who all made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. Below you will find a list and brief description of the hotel members that stuck out to us most strongly.
In terms of complaints, our major complaint was the last two nights of our stay. Another group of guests was put adjacent to us. They had two small children, and the baby cried intensely all night. There was also extremely loud snoring. I don’t know if the walls are just thin, or if it was the fact that the rooms are conjoining, but either way it was unsettling and made it very difficult to sleep. We also did not want to call and request that they be moved, as they seemed to have plenty on their plate (their baby would not stop crying), so we thought it best to just power through and let you all know in the review.
Other minor complaints. The shades in the room did not always work and were a little finicky.
