WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER
I would appreciate a full refund. This was the worst stay at any hotel I've ever had. The staff were not professional, it was unclean and it smelled like pot throughout. There was an incident with a guest family, disrupting the entire floor into the wee hours of the morning. A security guard came up after many calls were made by guests on the floor complaining of the racket. The security was heard yelling and threatening eviction in an unprofessional manner in tge middle of the night. I spoke to the clerk at the front desk upon checking out and explained the previous night's scenario. There was no apology given. She just said, that sort of stuff doesn't happen here. She did nothing to rectify the situation.
Needless to say, I did not feel safe at this hotel and I will never return.
I was also messaging hotels.com in the middle of the night explaining the situation and a small coupon was given, which was not enough to compensate for the worst night at a hotel I've ever had. We would have gladly left as suggested by them, except we didn't feel safe to leave the room due to the vulgar language and not knowing what exactly we would face if we did open our door.
