Totaly inadapted to foreign guests.
We arrived at the resort on Saturday 28th of july and there was no cottage for us eventhough the responsible for reservations asked me by WhatsApp at what time we arrive and I answered that it will be in the evening.
First it was very difficult to find a reception and nobody could help us because most of staff doesn't speak English or Russian. We were told that there is no room for us since we apparently cancelled it. Than they tried to give us a strange looking, dirty appartement above the kitchen.
We did not accept and after a quarrel we were given a one room cottage instead of 2 room one ( we were 3 persons: me, my husband and our adult daughter). When we were more or less installed in the cottage we found out that airconditioning doesn't have a pilot and when the pilot was finally brought to us it appeared that it was not possible to lower the temperature. They proposed us to change for a cottage next to ours but it was not cleaned yet. All our luggage was taken away and we were wainting outside while the cottage was being cleaned. Finally we got a one room cottage and falling apart extra bed for my daughter. We wanted to take shower but the same ma, who could speak some Russian, came from the reception and told us to pay immediately for 2 nights. I told him we wanted to take shower first but he was not happy. My husband, who doesn't speak any Russian, went to the reception and payed cash without reciving any recipt.The next morning they wanted us to pay again. etc...
