Carefull: Some rooms don't have their own window. They get daylight through a (large) bathroom window.
We had 2 similar rooms. One was pretty good, but we had a strong (pipe's?) smell in the other one - which was reduced after reporting it. This smell seems to be common problem as we could smell it at some street corners over the city. But you don't want to have it in your bedroom.
The rooms seem to have been renovated not too long ago (August 2018) although with not too much heart. Furniture seems good, mattresses were ok (a bit weak), but there is no decoration at all.
Breakfast was good, right in the restaurant, you could cook your own eggs and choose between variations of bread, fruit and yogurt.
Situation is perfect. You step out of the restaurant (entrance to the hotel) and right onto the famous market place with Belford Tower. Don't eat at the restaurants at this place. One street to the right you can find better and cheaper restaurants.
The staff is very friendly and speaks different languages fluently.
All in all it is a very central hotel with a nice restaurant, which is good for a couple of nights. But you might find similar rooms for less money as Bruges is very small and you can get everywhere easily by walking.
