Don't stay here
My mom and i visiting Taiwan for the very first time.
This place is no way a 3-stars. Picture doesn't match the website. Beware! This is not a hotel.
First when we arrived at the address. The place was dark in the outside and looked kinda like a closed restaurant. It was dark. I had to follow some instructions on how to open the door at 4pm. The place was dark inside hard to see. Felt like i was in a James bond movie that i had to break some code to get in. Figure out the first code for inside. Then just couldn't figure out the second part..again Because it was dark inside.
We took the elevator to our room (2nd floor) couldn't get inside. Thank God someone was passing by and i asked him for help. He said to go back downstairs for anther combination lock for the room key. Ok did they got that.. again because it was dark inside. Got to our room. It was smelly, rug and so called couch was filly looking. No way i was going to sit on that and to stay there. It was smelly and my mom felt dizzy. We called to ask for another room. Someone came within 5minutes and told us they didn't have another room and kicked us out. He was standing there to make sure we were leaving. We asked for refund. He said ok. We left. It was about 11pm. We were in the street looking for another hotel. Thank God some one helped us. Refer us to Midtown Richardson BOAI hotel. It was$10 more per night than this place. Now. Hotel.com said they failed to reach THEM or language. NO REFUND BOTTOM LINE.
