Sort of good but need to address basics.

Lovely location, friendly staff, rooms work well, you can park the car outside the door which is great if you have luggage and in my case equipment for work. Rooms could do with a freshen up, beds comfortable but tatty, carpets need a good clean or replacing. I stayed for 5 nts, did not eat in the restaurant and only had breakfast once i was put off by a box of blood outside the entrance. A shame really as the menu looked great, plenty of other people using the place.

Don’t waste your money.

Check in was ok, the room needed some TLC and the WiFi wasn’t good (not consistent or able to do much on it, data was better). The room was shabby, stains on chairs, headboard material missing (covered by pillows to hide on entry). Dinner was good but expensive for the meal. Breakfast was poor both in quality and options available (especially if having non-cooked), there were no menu, the waitress didn’t do much to explain options. Coffee was terrible, toast was pale and cold. Overall it seemed profit and not customer service driven. Surrounding location was pretty. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The Falcon Hatton

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel incredibly welcome, everyone was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was also included and tasted amazing. The room was nicely decorated, and nice and warm even throughout the night which is very important in my view. Also no issues with parking. Amazing.

Would recommend.

Lovely stay at the Falcon Inn for the one night. Comfortable room in an annexe, nice and clean with a comfy bed, plus full English breakfast. We would recommend the Indian menu at the inn restaurant. Enjoyed a really nice bit of fusion cookery. Didn't realise was so when ordering but was so pleasantly surprised.Very interesting and tasty. Beautiful curry in a dish with a pie crust. Unexpected. Fantastic taste. And the traditional English pub fayre also served to partner was very nice. Would recommend.

Ok.

Great restaurant, who kindly delivered food to our room. Lovely breakfast with good coffee. But rooms just tired, basic and cold compared to the lovely welcome of the restaurant and reception. Drafty doors and windows lead to much noise through the night on a (albeit country) but busy road. After an promising welcome, the rooms were a disappointment.

Perfect for a business trip

This place was ideal for me on my journey across the UK. I called to inform of check in quite late, e.g. 8.30-9pm, was no trouble and even offered food if I was going to be later. Arrived around 8pm, all the food looked good, lovely menu for indian cuisine. Rooms are in a building adjacent, can park outside your room. nice and clean, bottled water & toiletries - a little dated in some aspects but nothing wrong, will use again.

Great overnight stay, excellent food, great price

Easy check in, parked right outside my room. Warm, clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed including a mini fridge. Excellent pub food too, and good English breakfast in the morning. All for a very affordable price too.

Absolutely lovely returning to the falcon again, for my birthday with my partner. The staff are extremely welcoming and we truly feel comfortable here. I am a chemotherapy patient and they are very accomodating to my needs. Definitely recommend stayiing here and also dining.

Great location for events at Stoneleigh. Dog friendly with bridleway from the car park for walks.The pub/restaurant was excellent, very well renovated with vaulted, beamed ceilings. Food excellent, choice of first class Indian cuisine in the lovely restaurant or English gastropub type meals. All menus available in the bar area if you want to have your dog with you. Breakfast was also very good. What makes this stay exceptional is the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. Highly recommend for overnight stays.
