This property is especially hard to check-in. Unlike a regular hotel, this has very narrow check-in hours and if you call the phone number listed, it comes back as busy. There is no door to knock on. I just had to hang out at the property and waste expensive time on a hot vacation day to wait until the property manager walked by. He wasn't looking out for someone who might be checking in so it took a while before he finally happened to go by. But when he realized that I had a reservation he was very nice.
The room we were in had a ridiculously hard entrance. It is up several contorted, steep, and dangerous staircases and past a couple of low beams where you will undoubtedly hit your head. My wife counted 50 steps to our door!
The room is simple, the beds uncomfortable, the sheets too light, the AC is too far to make any difference to the people laying in bed, there are no curtains so the room is lit the moment the sun comes up, but there is a street light that shines directly in your eyes when you are laying in bed. You will undoubtedly hit your head as you step up towards the bed. The furnishings are very very bare; no side tables, no TV, not much of a kitchen. If you want a place to sleep and get out as quickly as you can it's fine.
