Overpriced hotel which doesn’t provide the level of service you would expect for this price. Very limited Western breakfast options. No cheese, no ham. One coffee machine for hundreds of guests caused long lines in the morning. Access requires two local trains plus shuttle bus. Don’t take the public bus. It’s a nightmare! Onsen are beautiful but without any lounge chairs to relax afterwards. Every Wellness Hotel in Austria or South Tirol is better! Dinner is very local Japanese which was fine for us but if you prefer a more Western oriented cuisine you will go hungry to bed. Service personnel was not trained enough to deliver high quality services… when we checked out no one form the reception team was saying goodbye. This is not the hospitality we have expected.
