When I arrived at the the hotel and presented them with my confirmation number and email from hotels.com they did nit honor the reservations stating that they do not accept reservations and that I would have to get refunded through hotels . Com and pay them additional cash to stay. I was very disappointed as i had already booked and paid for my stay online. After dealing with front desk for an hour they finally brought management who said he would then resolve the issue, that’s when he said to me I should get refunded through hotels.com and pay them the cash and I will be able to stay there. I did not pay them anything else, instead I went and stayed at another hotel. Do Not Book with these people
