I've visited over 70 countries, and this was one of my more disappointing experiences. The hotel bills itself as 4-star and had displayed deceptively good customer reviews prior to my check-in. However, my experience in May 2017 was quite to the contrary.
First of all, the wifi is spotty and unreliable. And the TV was unwatchable as its signal went down every other minute. Their breakfast makes you violently ill. The rooms have thin walls... you can hear doors slamming and hallway conversation from different floors. The elevator is slow, and the narrow windy staircase is a bit dangerous to climb. The bathroom shower emitted brown water the first 60 seconds you turn it on -- every time. A/C wasn't working initially at check-in. Hotel employees (especially front desk supervisor, Ariana) were annoying, disrespectful and rude. She talked to me like I was her child!
And oh, by the way, they don't permit any guests in your room here, so if you checked in alone then you must remain alone in your cubbyhole at all times. And the vast army of bored staff all stare you down as you enter and leave this hotel to monitor your every movement.
Checking into Prassa 3 was a BIG REGRET for this particular world traveler.
