"My experience was average. The hotel itself has a beautiful structure and is conveniently located near the airport, which made travel very easy. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated how respectful and professional staff were in addressing me. The bellman was also very helpful with transporting our luggage to and from the room and car. Additionally, the hotel offers on-site restaurants and bars, which was a nice convenience. However, there were several issues that impacted my stay. During the booking process, it was stated that self-parking was available on the premises. Based on that, I expected a more standard or reasonable rate, but upon arrival, I was informed that parking was $66 per day, with valet at $75 per day. This was extremely expensive and not clearly communicated upfront. The listing also mentioned breakfast, but it did not clearly state that it was not included, which was misleading. I requested housekeeping daily during my five-day stay, but service was only provided once. I also requested fresh towels and washcloths each day, which were not consistently delivered. There were also some maintenance concerns. The mini fridge in our room was broken upon arrival, though to their credit, maintenance did replace it after we reported the issue. One of the more disappointing experiences involved an interaction at the front desk. My partner attempted to get assistance with a key card issue, but staff refused to help him because I was not present."
