avoid snk!
positive:
-good shower
-not too noisy
-big room
-good wlan in the lobby
negative:
-wlan is not working in the room
-hard bed and unconfortable pillows
-far away from center (more than 2km away) there's not one single restaurant close to the hotel
-though there's a karaoke and night club (looks like a brothel) on the right, it's not easy to find a tuk tuk or a taxi
-tv channels flimmer,it's not possible to watch tv in the room
-breakfast is below average, we just found a toust bred
-hotel stuff is extremly unfriendly and useless
summary:
when we arrived, there were three men behind the reception. they couldnt find our booking, nor were they able to speak English. i told them three times that i booked with hotels.com, but they looked at me like i was an alien. patiently we waited 15 minutes and everything worked then at the end.
there are many good hotels for the same or a lower price in the center, i can recommend you NOT to stay in this hotel (as you see above it was not easy to find pro's)
in the second night i had terrible fever and had to go directly to the hospital (suspicion of malaria) nobody from the hotel stuff (they were still two) wanted to drive me 10min to the international hospital nor did they order a tuk tuk or a taxi for me. my girlfriend convinced three drunken locals in the nightclub to drive me to the hospital. the stuff would let you die in the hotel. they are not interested and extremly selfish. avoid snk!
