Very convenient location. Near to the airport, the bank, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy etc. Clean room with the basic amenities.
Did not expect to check in at a gas station, but fit my needs for the night
The staff makes the entire stay pleasant, as there is nothing special about the accommodations themselves. They are priced correctly but the service and kindness displayed in particular by Leeanda, who came to meet us at the airport, helped with our bags, made sure we have cold water, coffee and creamer, and took care of us the same way the next morning was priceless. Thank you!
I was preparing to return to the UK so this hotel was perfect as it is in close proximity to Vieux Fort airport and also provides a shuttle to the airport. The room was large, air-conditioned, with a king size bed, satellite TV, adjoining kitchen and bathroom. The manager of the hotel is amazing, together with her team. She was so warm, welcoming, accommodating and as there is no restaurant at the hotel, she informed me of the local amenities. Everything I needed was within walking distance, a large supermarket, two banks boutiques and so much more. This was the perfect choice for my needs.
I loved the fact that we were able to check in late. She waited for us to make sure we found the location. It was smooth and the staff was extremely friendly.
Excellent we were very well looked after- thank you Julia
For the two nights i spend there, never met an attendant expect for check in , change of room and when i checked out, this required me to go across the street to the gas station and let them know i was checking out.
We had a hard time finding this hotel. It is at the top of a few office buildings and there is nothing on the door to indicate what it was. Luckily our taxi driver used his phone to call their number. They do not staff the front desk and you must walk down the street to the gas station (hauling your luggage) to check in and out. The outside door is heavy and locks and I found it difficult to unlock from the inside. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was large and clean, however there were no regular pillows on the bed. There were only pillow shams that matched the bedspread. They were a very bright blue and not faded so I had to wonder if they ever got washed. The sheets looked clean but they had a few stains. The outside hallway was dark when we returned after a trip to the grocery store we had a hard time getting the key in the door. There was no phone in the room and you are pretty isolated once there. If there was an issue there would be no way to contact anyone. The walls were thin and we listened to a man cough all night in the next room. It was also very noisy on a Saturday night because the window faces the street. The outside area was a little sketchy and obviously not a tourist area. We grabbed a pizza from Dominoes and didn't walk around. The locals didn't look like they were happy to see tourists. It is handy to the airport but not worth it. Stay somewhere else where there is a staffed front desk and your safety isn't in question.
