We arrived 30 Minutes prior to check-in time. We were then told, our room wasn't going to be ready for another two hours (due to "technical problems". Instead of notifiying us prior, we went to the hotel just to leave again and wonder the streets with my kid for two hours. Instead of taking a rest from the trip, use the bathromm an freshen up, i had to walk around the city with my kid for HOURS. I asked them to notify us, as soon as the room is ready. So after that didn't happend, i called and they said that the room was ready already since an hour and a half ago. We were offered a free breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but didn't compensate us wasting hours and the incompetence of the young man at the desk, not even being able to notify us that our room is ready.
