有被騙的感覺,名字更改了,訂單上寫著會一直保留房間給住客,到達時晚上八時多,才告訴我們說沒預留房間,說因為保留到下午六時就自動當作放棄房間,但房租早就在expedia付了,然後說另給我們一間房說是升級了的,進房間以後發現很殘舊,連房內窗都壞了也不修理。前台服務態度也不行,甚麼也不說第二天才知道房卡每天都要重新開通,害我們上到房間要再重新到前台開通,前台語言也不行,只會普通話英文也很爛,廣東話亦不會。原本就打算不住公寓式酒店,網頁沒註明以為不是公寓式的,到達才發現4樓是公寓來的,整體酒店很殘舊,體驗很糟糕。房卡亦只有一張,地段亦很不方便。

Totally bad experience.
The hotel name was changed, hardly to find. Not convenient at all, not clean, no service, the service of reception is bad, not polite. Actually, in the receipt, it said that we can check-in anytime after 15:00, they will keep the room for us, but when we get there at 20:00, they said they can't find our order and they only keep the room till 18:00. Finally, they said they give us a room that is upgraded, but when we get in the room, it is too old and dilapidated. The receptionist didn't say anything about staying in this hotel, until the next day when we back to our room and we can't get in and we went to find the receptionist to find out what happened, they said it is necessary to reactivate our room key everyday. And the receptionist cannot speak English and Cantonese, only Putonghua they can handle. Also, when we preparing our trip in GuangZhou, we didn't want to stay in an apartment hotel, because the website didn't state it we thought that it is not an apartment hotel, but we recognised it is when we get up to 4/F. Besides, there is only one key card for each room. Overall, a bad experience. Hope it can help you to choose.
