We paid more than 280 Euros for 2 nights end of September, so not in main season. This was not the cheapest option and it was called Superior Room, so we expected a very nice room. We were not sure which room we would get due to the inconsistencies between the hotel booking site and the website of the place - it was room 401 which is a rather small room in the basement of a house, all in white. Furniture and bed seemed cheap (for example a slat was missing in the slatted frame of the bed which caused my partner to almost fall through the bed), the room was very dark, the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. We felt like sleeping in a shoebox. As the room was immediately next to a street and apparently the windows had no soundproofing whatsoever, we could hear any noise - people walking by, dogs barking, motorbikes - as if there was no wall and we did not sleep well. We spent almost 2 hours just for check-in and searching for a parking space. Reception had only one girl for all the guests checking in, which meant a long waiting time for us. As we had expected a very nice atmosphere and place, we were much disappointed and would not stay again. Breakfast was good though.
