Really nice, genuinely friendly and knowledgable staff, especially the maitre d'. The only thing that lets it down is saying it has full spa facilities; it has many treatment rooms and professional staff, but apart from an outdoor pool and a smaller indoor one, no sauna rooms, experience rooms, foot baths, whirlpool baths or anything like the range of facilities that other **** Terme hotels on the island have (e.g. Parcoverde Terme, in the town of Ischia).
We'd rate it 3.5 out of 5 if we could, as it's a lovely place with good staff. Definitely worth the stay, just slightly disappointed at the advertising of a spa when it meant pool!
