The customer service here is beyond abysmal. Prior to arrival, trying to get basic, simple questions answered was like pulling teeth. That alone should have been a red flag, but nothing prepared us for how disastrous the actual trip would be.
When we arrived for check-in, the host/staff was completely MIA. We were left standing outside on the street for 15 minutes with my wife, our infants, and all our luggage, waiting for someone to bother showing up.
It only got worse. We booked their official airport transportation service, expecting a smooth transfer. Instead, we were left stranded outside yet again—this time for 45 full minutes—with our exhausted family and infants, completely in the dark without a single update. When someone finally reached out, we were hit with a line about the driver being "hospitalized." How remarkably convenient.
Leaving a family with young babies stranded on the sidewalk multiple times with zero communication or accountability is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and book anywhere else. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and simply does not care about its guests.
