We have encountered a bedbugs problem in one of the rooms. One of my family members got heavily bitten.We also found the prints of the bedbugs on the bed linens. Eventually, we were offered a full reimbursement for the stay and were asked to move out within 48 hours. We were not offered an alternative place to stay (although we requested for an alternative). So we needed to find a new apartment ourselves. I understand it can happen with almost any place (i guess), but it quite tarnished our experience in Paris. The communication was not that easy, as you always need to fight with an AI agent to get a real person. At the end we also got some spam emails from their email address asking for our credit number....! so i guess, i will be fair to say it was not that great experience at the end...!
