Refundable deposits

• Breakage deposit: EUR 200 per stay

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

• Cleaning fee: EUR 150 per accommodation, per stay
• Destination fee: EUR 1.50 per person, per night. This fee does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

Optional extras

• Late check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight can be arranged for an extra charge of EUR 20
• Bed sheets are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
• Towels are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)

Children & extra beds

• Cribs/infant beds are available for EUR 50 per stay
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport
