Loved the pool view, friendly staff, decently clean. Walking into town was a bit of a challenge for us because of how steep the hills are, but it is so close to all the shopping and restaurants! Loved it and would stay there again.

Hot running water despite what other reviews have said! Two beautiful pools. Short steep walk up to the accomodations from downtown Sayulita. We had a great time and will book again here when we come back! Staff were lovely and the rooms were better than I expected for the price we paid!

Really enjoyed this place. LOVED the deck that had morning sun and watching the street while enjoying a coffee. The location was off the beaten path so you’re out of the chaos but could still people watch from the deck. A short walk of 10 min to the beach and 5 min to downtown. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a self contained unit at an increasing reasonable price.

Stay was great, host was amazing and very funny to talk too. The room was stunning with views and a nice quiet area, with two pools. Great place to hang out in the sun for a couple days. Close to the street food options just down two sets of stairs. Only thing I’d mention was we brushed our teeth and rinsed with the sink water and we got very sick. Other that property was excellent!

I arrived at 11:07 PM and check-in has been closed by 11 PM. Not much else to say I had to go find somewhere else to sleep my first night which was awful and cost me more money than expected because I had limited options.

We didn’t realize some of the hotel rooms had shared spaces, like kitchen and balcony. The room has no window, and if you want to see a view you share the space with other hotel rooms. Weird setup, no hot water a few days and the pool is ice cold.

This property is in a great location. Very close to everything and in a nice neighborhood with a nice Mexican feel. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again. The only areas that need improvement. 1) The check process (there is no front desk) was brutal as no one will answer the phone and/or respond to emails. Everything worked out fine but called at least 25x (which created unnecessary angst) 2) Room was beyond expectations!! Very roomy & clean - the only complaint would be the beds. Rock hard and need replacing!

Ok Hotel

Spent three weeks. Ok hotel. There is no safe in this room. To secure your personal ID. There is no tv. The cleaning staff doesn't clean very well. If you enjoy taking a polar bear dip, then you will enjoy this pool. Having severe arthritis pain,this is not the place to stay. Can't use any of the dishwhere because it can't go into the microwave. I'm very disappointed, we'll make the best of it while i'm here, but we'll never come back here again. That is why this hotel gets only two stars. The only good thing about this hotel was a gentleman named Antonio He was outstanding, hoped they never lose this guy and hotel location is close to everything.. Can't seem to put pictures in because pictures say a thousand words.

Una propiedad muy bonita, bien situada, pero todo lo que tiene que ver con el servicio al cliente no está bien. *No cuentan con recepción, es difícil que encuentres a alguien que te atienda (aunque sea en los horarios establecidos) *En la entrada tienen 3 números para la recepción, entre ellos un “velador” el cual contestó después de 10 llamadas y molestó, nos dijo que ese día no laboraba, se le pidió ayuda para poder contactar a alguien a lo que dijo que no que marcáramos los números que no contestaban y terminó colgando *No hacen servicio de limpieza en el tiempo que te quedes hospedado. Fuera de eso… cuentan con una alberca muy bonita, las habitaciones cuentan con cocina y platos (que te recomiendo que laves porque no estaban bien limpios). Y si planeas llegar muy temprano o muy tarde te recomiendo que te comuniques al hotel antes de tu llegada.

FIASCO/MALPROPRE/NON ENTRETENU/ETAT DES INSTALLATIONS MÉDIOCRE/ UN VRAI CAUCHEMAR!!! Les photos ne reflètent pas la médiocrité de l’endroit!!! On n’a pas ce qu’on a payé (chambre avec cuisinette balcon vue sur piscine) car un garde fou avec 2 portent sans poignées qui ouvrent vers un espace intérieur avec un trou d’eau non baigna le et sale n’est pas une piscine!!! Cuinette n’est pas un réchaud électrique d’un rond (comme pour le camping) mini frigo plein de moisi dans caoutchouc de la pote, cafetière inutilisable à cause de la saleté dedans, micro ondes okay mais vaisselle à faire peur car tasses avec le rond de café sèche dedans!!! Un CAUCHEMSR!!!
