I've travelled a lot and like to think that I'm not very picky when it comes to hotels. However this hotel was one of the worst ever. First of all the room did not smell good. It smelled like an attic or a basement. Old and dusty. Also the towels did not smell fresh. This doesn't mean the room wasn't clean; it was, but a weird smell is just not something you want in a hotel room.
Secondly, the air conditioning was loud and it leaked! The condensation dropped on the carpet, leaving a nice little wet spot right next to the bed. The double bed, by the way, is tiny. Not suitable for two people. Wifi is free, but not fast.
The staff at the reception is very nice but have little to no knowledge of English. The only upside was tge location: a 2 minute walk from the ferries at Tomariko Port and a 5 minute walk to the monorail station.
You get what you pay for. In this case I'd pay a little more and go to a better hotel.
