Beautiful house and decor
Stunning house and decor is beautiful. Service excellent and breakfast was very nice ! Room small but very clean. Only issue was the bed, it was a little small, feet touching bottom of the bed end and mattress a little uncomfortable.

Fabulous Boutique B&B in Llandudno
Recently spent a couple of days in Llandudno staying at Lansdowne House. A delightful boutique B&B, stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Very pleasant and friendly hosts. Highly recommended and we will hope to visit again

A very pleasant stay
We were 2 couples who booked 2 rooms. We received a warm welcome and help with our cases to our rooms. The bed in the double room was very comfortable, with a new bathroom suite. Breakfast took place in a large dining room, with impressive looking chairs. The breakfast offering was plentiful and we submitted our order the night before. Cereals, fruit, hot and cold breakfast was available. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is well situated, less than 0.25 miles from a few lovely restaurants. Recommend others to stay here.

We had an incredible experience staying at Lansdowne House for New Years. The property is beautifully decorated and provides a luxurious experience from the moment you step through the door. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and attentive, and provide a wonderful breakfast. It would be my pleasure to stay here again in the future.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel friendly staff. Room was really nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice we went for a full English but there is a good rang of options for breakfast. The hotel is very nice and clean. Lovely dining room and lounge area. We would definitely return for another visit. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Seaside gem.
A lovely hotel in a quiet residential road. Has a large car park yet is close to the centre for restaurants etc. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Great breakfasts. What more could you want?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lansdowne house. Dan was very inviting and check in was easy and quick. We stayed at no.6 room which was one the first floor and was the superior room with Mountain View. Room was amazing with 4 poster bed, very clean and spacious (with bath, tv, coffee tea, daily biscuits and bath robes) . WiFi in the room wasn’t the best but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was amazing , served fresh to order and took no time at all to arrive, selection of yoghurts cereals fresh fruit etc , we took the advantage of cooked breakfast which was amazing ( veggie version on request). Plenty of parking too! The only thing we would mention is the fact that the room was not very “soundproof” you could hear next door when they were in the bathroom ( flushing / shower) and we could also hear noises from landing, but apart from that we were happy with our stay and would return and recommend this hotel.

Fantastic property and stay! The owner is amazing- very friendly and brilliant service . Booked a superior room- brilliant value for money- great room, very comfortable bed. Facilities were excellent- breakfast menu was very extensive and cooked beautifully- service was excellent. Location is great -easy walk to seafront and restaurants etc. highly recommend this property for quality and value for money- will definitely stay again.
