I thought that I was getting a wheelchair accessible room, but I didn’t. The staff checked for an available accessible room, but none were available. Carpet was damp, paint had flaked off bathroom mirror, and there was an odor to the room. Bed was comfortable, but all in all, the room needed some serious upgrades. We travel a lot, and I expected more from a Hilton. The common areas were nice, but sadly this was not a very enjoyable stay. The note on the waters in my room that stated if I was a diamond member, I was free to drink, but if not, there would be a charge if I drank them. TACKY!
