Our stay was very average.
It seemed that there were staff shortages everywhere, poor staff at breakfast couldn’t even refill cutlery.
Ordered drinks and food for around the pool, took 40 minutes to arrive and it was cold, silly system where 2 staff are needed to deliver food (can’t get into the pool area without swiping in and out), therefore two of the three staff were required just to deliver the food while one took orders, made food, poured drinks etc.. it was crazy.
Nachos was dry overcooked cold and the cheese was congealed.
Had to line up for 15 minutes to get pool towels (as reception staff hand them out), if they’re busy then you just wait in line, goodness knows why they don’t provide them in the rooms!
We were allocated a disabled room (not requested or required) which was located at the very end of the wing, I would hate to have mobility problems and have to walk all the way to the room. Poor drainage in the bathroom. Outdoor balcony was dirty, ants everywhere, outdoor furniture was very old and needed replacing
Bed comfortable.
I felt so sorry for the staff having to work under such circumstances.
