I really wanted to love this hotel. It was my daughter’s birthday, and we were pulling out all the stops. Chose a super fun hotel for a fun 13th birthday but this hotel just fell short and honestly it made me so sad. I feel like I was targeted for having kids with us. My kids are well behaved, well mannered very cultured children. They’ve been around. So amazing that I was never greeted at the front desk, not one single time. Not for check in, not for questions, nothing. The night time guy is the only one who had an excuse because he was the only one that seemed to care. I have a laundry list of things wrong with our room, the AC was out, no waters upon arrival, we had lamps that didn’t work. The shower door was the loudest thing I have ever heard, sounds like a velociraptor for real. Super greast if you’re a parent trying to take a quiet shower after the kids go to bed. We had the worst view in the hotel. Just a giant white box on the roof off to the side. Then the techno music that went until 3am. I know my husband tried to call but that went unanswered. Most of our inquiries went unanswered. Like only have 1 set of towels. 1 large, a hand towel and a wash cloth. For a family of 4! Why ask me how many people in my room if not but to prepare?! Then when I asked for more, they brought us 1 more single towel. This hotel desperately needs to get it together. I love the text option but we really need to talk to humans. This is a beautiful hotel but the care is seriously lacking.
