After a 16-hour drive, we checked into this hotel room to get some rest and continue our journey the next morning. Unfortunately, that was hardly possible. Iâve never slept in such a noisy room. It sounded like we were sleeping directly under Niagara Fallsâwater pipes seemed to run above us, and every five minutes we could hear the sound of a toilet flushing somewhere in the building. Every time someone opened or closed a door in the hallway, our door rattled loudly. On top of that, the electric charging stations outside were incredibly loudâwhenever someone charged their vehicle, we could hear it clearly. The result: We barely slept and ended up getting up at 6 AM to leave. Itâs truly unbelievable what is offered to people for âŹ160 per night. But the lady at the reception was very nice.
