Very rude and unfriendly management
This stay was a nightmare I had to leave in the night because there was no many mosquitos in the room. Plus the flush was broke…how do you sell hotel room high standing with a broken flush… very unfriendly!
They have tried to move me to a house with several bedrooms like I was a teenager and I declined the offer and left.
The next day they called and not even apologies not an ounce of customer service oriented like offering a free lunch or a free night for the trouble??? The owner started raising his voice at me saying that I’ve asked for the room not to be sprayed with mosquito repellent which was absolutely false, didn’t even let me speak!!!
My request said” if there is mosquitoes and you’ve sprayed if you could please air the room before I check-in ” not the same …
Who wants to sleep with mosquitoes, seriously? Very unprofessional, they thought I wasn’t going to pay for the extras in the morning …diner lunch etc…very small people to say the least.
I’ve remained courteous to the very kind server by saying nothing but the food was very low quality for the price no taste and very oily the yakitory something!!! Very disappointing… I have paid the extra as the room was already paid for and left but in return they have lost a client. Their choices…Very very disappointing management.
