This hotel was fine and served the basic purpose for my work trip, but I wouldn't stay here again. It looks like a boutique hotel but is run very cheaply. The bed was very uncomfortable, like lying on a slab, and I had a hard time sleeping. I'm not sure that the temperature control for the room worked. As I was traveling alone, they only left one towel, one pillow, etc., so I couldn't, say, dry off after a shower & dry my hair at the same time. The shower only had a curtain that fluttered around while showering, so water got all over the bathroom floor. And the one time I got food at the bar, the pizza was partially still frozen and clearly just microwaved. It wasn't good but you still pay CH prices.
Pros: it's clean, safe, and the location is great. Close to transport, shopping, and the old quarter. The staff were super friendly and responsive. And I liked the way the bath products smelled. So I guess it depends on what you're looking for.
