The check in process was absolutely awful.After spending an hour trying to get in, we got in unpacked some stuff, put some washing in and sat down. The check in guy then turns up at the door saying he gave us the wrong property, and expected us swap, we obliged but said we had put washing in, he expected us to liaise with the other guests who weren’t returning until after 11pm to come back and pick up the washing, rather than letting us back in to collect when the cycle had finished in 30 minutes, we refused and he reluctantly agreed to return. Then when we got to our apartment which we booked for 4 people, we were meant to have two single beds and a double bed. We had a double bed and one single, then there was a sofa but this wasn’t a sofa bed just a sofa, no duvet or pillow provided. Then there were multiple other problems, the windows are floor to ceiling and in the bedroom the whole window was not there and was just boarded up with wood, the blinds didn’t close fully, half the plugs sockets were only working intermittently, the bedroom door was caught slightly open, the bathroom lock didn’t work, the sliding doors to the wardrobe were extremely difficult to open and kept getting stuck, when we used the washing machine in the apartment it just popped open mid cycle getting the floor completely soaked, clearly this had happened before as the floor boards were raised in front of the washing machine, the dishwasher was inoperable due to being poorly installed
