Worst place I have stayed in years
I arrived to the apartment at approx 3:30 pm and their check-in was very complicated and worst their communication. I called several times for guidance, and they hung up on me. The lady said that because she wanted me to sign a contract after the full, not reimbursable payment was canceled at the time of booking, so I could not disagree with the contract or find myself on the street with no reimbursement and no room. When I finally got the password and malfunctioning keypad ( the cleaning lady couldn't make it work), the receptionist tried a couple of times until he finally got it to work. I was “welcomed” to a dirty, unprepared apartment: no clean towels or sheets, messy floors, and a dirty bathroom. When I notified the host, she never even replied. At about 5 pm, the cleaning lady tried to go in, and this was when the keypad did not work. I was locked inside the apartment until several attempts to open it—a scary moment. In front of me, she only put back the broken bed sofa, removed the sheets, and only changed the flat one, so I had to finish making the bed and change the towels. Did not cleaned the bathroom to she should had noticed that the toilet was not flushing. Pick ip the old guess trash sweet the leaving area and leave about 30 minutes later. Then when I noticed rhat the toilet was not working, I reported it and never received a follow up for the host or Hotel.com. I found myself flushing like a third world country. Worst experience ever!
