Lovely welcome at the hotel by the owner. We were able to drop our luggage at reception in the morning and go exploring. Room 11 was double aspect at the front of the hotel but still quiet. The room was clean and a reasonable size. The bathroom was compact but modern and had everything you need. The twin beds were very comfortable. The excellent complimentary breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant downstairs

Lovely family run hotel, the room was smallish, but comfortable, in a great location 10 minutes walk from Victoria train and tube station, 15 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace, the Hotel is situated in a quiet clean and sage location. The breakfasts are excellent value, very tasty and well presented. If we are ever back in London we will look to the Windermere for our stay.
