This is our fourth visit to the beautiful island of Aruba. Even with all the requirements due to COVID we arrived safely and quickly. We enjoyed a wonderful stay on the Royal Level celebrating a special occasion!
Great hotel, excellent service, staff were ALL pleasant and helpful. I would definitely go back.
My husband and i were kinda scared to travel due to the covid. We decided to go to Barcelo because we have had very good experiences with the other Barcelo hotels. Everything was great! The food the cleanliness and the staff. Barcelo has done a wonderful job at adapting to these trying times.

Barcelo hotel was a great experience, their rooms were very clean and comfortable, people were very nice and welcome, food was really good, because of the COVID -19 there is no buffet but they have every menu a la carte with many options to choose from, the hotel beach is beautiful and walking distance to the palm beach pier which is one of the main restaurant -bar in Aruba, for the money I paid was really worth and I will use the same hotel if I go back to Aruba
Loved the staff!!! they followed Covid-19 cleanliness protocols. Every staff wore masks. Stafff were friendly, professional, helpful.
We went to a wedding. I must say they were hand and hand with the bride to make sure everything was perfect for her big day.
My husband and I went here last minute for our honeymoon when our other trip was cancelled. Everything was perfect the meals were delicious and the service was great. Would recommend
We loved the beautiful grounds and the staff was wonderful. I think bc of COVID Aruba is trying to catch up financially. We were on the Palace Level which gave us more options to eat. We thought we would have finer liquor as well. At the pool the liquor made my stomach sick. When I asked for better quality some staff told us they couldn’t give it to us. We had to learn on our own about the dining system bc when we checked in (we were the only ones checking in at the time) the woman didn’t inform us about the restaurants and which ones were closed due to COVID and lack of visitors. I’m sure when the hotel is full and everything is open it must be spectacular to experience all of the different restaurants and shops that were closed. Overall, we will definitely be back to Aruba. Not sure the Barcelo.
Incredible! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They each went out of their way to make my stay special. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Beach is immaculate and well cared for. Room in Royal level was okay but they upgraded me to an oceanfront (lower level but better view) for free because there was one available for the entirety of my stay. The ocean front room was spacious, comfortable beds and beautiful view. The food is better than expected for an all inclusive. No buffet options and only 3 restaurants open due to the pandemic, but still plenty of variety for a 6 night stay. They take covid precautions very seriously which I loved, I felt safer there than I have felt in the US since the pandemic started! Would love to go back.
