Was close to Canary Wharf, beds were comfy, staff were friendly. But, parking fee was obscene even with the discount code, the room was shabby, and the main thing was our AC wasn’t working, we were given keys to 2 other rooms none of which were working. The only thing they did was let us have an extra room for free, as we were 3 adults sharing, so at least we managed to spread out. But it was still so hot we had to sleep with the windows open, and the it was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep. Ruined the next day to be honest as we were all so tired.
