Disgusting hotel
When I arrived to my room, I saw the toilet was not clean. It had poop all over the inside of the toilet. When I talked to staff about it, all he had to say was that there was no house keeping at that time. I was very disappointed with the staff there. All over the shower walls, there was black spots. I’m so very disappointed with this stay.

Burning sh** pile
The toilet seat fell off. The bathroom fan was broken. They were rude about giving us a third towel when we asked for one (reservation was for three), THE AC WAS BROKEN, people were screaming and slamming doors at midnight then 2 AM then 3 AM. The tub felt like it was about to fall through the floor, the room reeked of smoke oh and the pool is closed.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Horrible. Drug transactions at lobby doors. Management refused to hear concerns and wanted to cancel room instead with nowhere to go, incidental fees different from Choice Hotel website (only gave receipt when requested, no clean linens until 6 am, no concierge service or assistance after hours, shower nozzle not working correctly, lamp fixture broken, no safety lights in room, people living in premises, school buses picking children up, kids playing in hallways, loitering on floors, no safety locks on floors or access to, and attendant said he didn't understand what "bug in the room meant".

This hotel needs to be updated badly. It is filthy and I felt like I couldn’t take my shoes off. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet had hairs and urine stains on the back, the seat had some black marks, no clue from what. The bottom of the tub looked like it had never been scrubbed and there was something red/black stuck to the bottom. The walls in the room are dirty and several areas had damage that was half ass patched at best. There was no AC on in the lobby or halls and everywhere smelled like cigarettes. I was sweating sitting trying to eat breakfast. By trying I mean the selection was laughable, there were no cups, napkins, coffee, tea. The staff was notified of these issues from another guest and nothing was done. Not sure that dude even knows his own name. There was a guy sitting in the lobby every time I passed through. He didn’t work there because when I stood at the desk waiting, he went to notify the staff that I was waiting. In the parking lot, a guy was sitting across from the entrance with a cigarette and beer at 9 am with a garbage bag of clothes. A woman in the parking lot offered me some clothes. I asked to cancel my reservation and leave. I was told to come back at 11am and speak with the manager. She was the only positive about this experience. She wasn’t able to help because I booked online and had already checked in. Tried contacting Expedia and was told to contact the hotel. I gave up and left, booked a safe hotel for my five year old and I.

Needs improvement
The tub and shower area were not clean. There was no towel rack, or a toilet paper holder. There was one small window in the corner of the room. The bedding had a strange smell. At night, the area around the hotel grounds is dark and creepy. Early in the morning someone pulled the fire alarm and we all had to exit the building.

This is not a commercial hotel. It appears to be public housing. Dirty disgusting conditions. No cold water, mold and mildew infested. The stench of marijuana was everywhere and the fire alarm went off at 6:00AM. Picture on Expedia do not represent what is actually there. Be aware!!

The property looks nice but it is dirty and the minute you walk in it smells like a Las Vegas casino. The smell of old cigarette smoke hits you in the face when you walk in and is in the guest rooms as well. If you are sensitive to smoke don’t stay here.
