It was a good stay with some mishaps.
First of all some of the staff don’t wear masks, although there are signs throughout the hotel to do so. In times like these this is a no-go!
I had asked in advance for a room on an upper floor and was told by the concierge that there were none. When I opened the door to the room he gave me, it was already occupied, so he had to find another room for me, and suddenly there was one on an upper floor.
The shower produces hot water only for a limited amount of time.
Last but not least one evening there was an alarm, apparently a false one and it took a long time to be switched off.
Positive aspects are the comfortable bed and the parking garage.
Overall I would stay again but the staff needs to work on their attitude.
