Budget hotel on outskirts of London
This is a great choice for a budget hotel on the outskirts of London. Right opposite the Colliers Wood Tube station on the Notthern Line and then 25 minutes into central London.
The rooms are a starting to feel a little tired and could do with renovating, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are extremely friendy and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great.

Hotel location is perfect and a few yards from the tube station, amenities were good and it is clean. Quite satisfied with the stay.
Only negative however is that parking on site is quite expensive - £20 per day

Happy Holiday Inn Express
My stay at this hotel was amazing . I came to London with my two children.
The rooms are nice clean and spacious.
The breakfast had somthing for all of us.
It was wet and cold out side but very warm and cosy in the hotel and the rooms.
The reception staff are so very helpful.
The location for sightseeing was amazing . The tube st is directly across the road. I am definitely hoping to return to the Holiday Inn Express in the summer .

Struttura attaccata alla metro, market e ristoranti. Tutto sommato abbastanza pulita ( la moquette sarebbe da bandire), personale gentile e buona colazione. Camere con spazi giusti, bagno con grande box doccia ma tv senza programmi italiani Prezzo giusto per la sua posizione. Io lo consiglio.

Needs improvement in Security
Have been staying at this hotel many many times for the past 7 years. However, our recent stay (Dec 19-21, 2019) was not very pleasant.
There was a homeless man slept in the hallway outside our room. The hallway smelt awful. I reported to the receptionist, and immediately they took action and confronted with the man outside the hotel. I hope they will make some positive changes and actions to ensure safety of the guests. Regular surveillance and patrol are necessary.

i would recommend this hotel. close to colliers wood tube station and Sainsbury super market just a stone throw. Restaurant just across the road. Breakfast was fantastic.

Awkward
We got to hotel around 8:00, wanted to check in, ofcourse it was not possible. Guy at the counter said there will be vacancies around 11:00, But it was not around 12:00 either. we came back 8:00 pm and the room was a double bed (wrong),but this time a friendly girl gave us the correct room. Over all it was a very awkward room no closet the TV was about to fall off the wall, night stand had one side almost broken. Very crowded during free breakfast. They do not have cheese for breakfast! bring your own! coffee is OK bread OK but it did not toast well, you have to run it twice. no Gym, no microwave no fridge no water.

Personal sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung der Zimmer ungenügend. Kleine Zimmer wird dann mit einem! Schlafsofa zum Familienzimmer mit bis zu 2 Kindern. Keinen Schrank was das Chaos dann perfekt macht, da man nirgendwo etwas reintun kann. Für längere Aufenthalte und Familien ungeignet. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, kontinental mit einigen warmen Speisen (englisch) aber mit selbstabräumen des Geschirr.

ght the quality was lacking. The location was perfect for me for where i was lokking for, but i have stayrd in a hilton with top quality service for the same price. This was poor in comparison. Quite a shody room. Just didnt have much star quality at all.

This property is in a great location , close to the underground station and food outlets however The only issues were the parking fee over and above the accommodation fee is expensive and not always guaranteed. Our room was very hot and the air con would not adjust below 19”c but overall it is was a great experience and we will definitely be back :)

Godt hotel til prisen. Rigtig god service og lækker morgenmad som er med i prisen. Der er en del hyggelige restauranter i byen. Ligger ca.30 minutter kørsel i metro til London. Men dejlig ro efter en hektisk dag i London centrum.
