Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Centre accessible a pieds. Appartement conforme aux photos. Communication tres fluide avec les proprietaires. Premières commodités agréables a trouver pour un court séjour.

Our experience with this apartment was not good at all. The room smelled it was dirty and the fridge stunk, the ceiling fan had large amount of dust on them the bathroom shower was gross smelled like mold, the floor when you walked you feet stuck to them. I took picture of everything and showed the management group. They said the apartment was fine. To who's standers, walls were so thin you heard dogs barking all night and people in the halls ways. Argued with the management company telling them we can stay there beca6of the smell and the state of the place. Ended up leaving the premises at 4 am because we couldn't stand the smell anymore. We requested for a refund but they said there wasnt anything wrong with the apartment, we said that we would gladly split this amount with them and they refused to refund any money We ended up in a beautiful hotel Lamone who were very accommodating at 430am. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. Should be real looked at before excepting this apartment. If I could give 1/2 start I would choose this. The sad part is we waited around until 4 pm so that they could clean this place. Lol. Not sure that happened, table was dirty and sticky ,floors sticky, smelled awful. I hope I can post the pictures. Floors were do dirty

The accommodation was lovely. Just a couple of points though- getting the door locks was difficult at first as we’ve never used a system like that. the apartment in areas was tired, cracks in the floors, loose floorboards, sockets coming off the wall and a broken lamp. We felt we needed to take photos as we didn’t want to be accused of doing it. Maybe things like that should be fixed before someone else checks in? But overall we loved it thank you

We would like to make a recommendation that there should be coffee packets/condiments in the whole stay and enough laundry soap and dishwashing soap for a group of 5 provided to customers even for the first couple of days of stay. When i booked the stay i remembered it stated coffee and coffee maker. All other places we stayed in the past all these above mentioned items were provided by owners in our whole stay. Thank you!

Perfect location

Nice and large apartment, kids could get their own room. Sant Antonio is the perfect neighbourhood. You have a bakery across the street, a grocery next door and the market with delicatessen right across the street. A lot of nice restaurants 4.5+ stars and friendly atmosphere. Metro one block away. You feel safe and welcome. The apartment has a balcony and double showers and toilets! Good value for money. Only bad thing was that we had booked another apartment through hotels.com a month earlier and got it confirmed, but when I called to ask for earlier check in they discovered a double booked apartment and cancelled our room with no compensation that I know of! I am so happy we found this gem instead.

I wanted to love this place. I really did. The beds are super comfy. Could have used an additional pillow on each bed but that’s just me. The electronic key didn’t work for me. After much difficulty in NOT being able to get in late at night they helped us get in. Worse- the second of two days we were there the water was cut off due to repairs and the elevator didn’t work. The apartment was in theb5thbfloor but it was actually the equivalent of the 8th floor.
