This place is a nightmare!!
We got there and they didn't have our room booked. Sent us to the hotel nextdoor, they were connected by the pool area as they share a pool. Was told the pool was closed for maintenance. So also couldn't use the hot tub. Black mold growing on bathroom ceiling. First night only had one local channel on the TV. Asked them to fix the TV so we had cable as we left the next morning. Came back that night and couldn't get in our room. Apparently the person that checked us in when we got there only charged our credit card for one night instead of the three nights we had booked online. So we had to deal with that and get new key cards made. Finally in the room want to relax and watch TV. NO CABLE STILL. Walk all the way to the front desk AGAIN. Attendant comes to the room and shows us that the cable box is BEHIND the TV stand. So you have to stand in front of the stand and lean over the TV with the remote to change the channel. You can't just change the channel from the chair or the bed. You have to actually get up and do acrobatics to find something to watch. We stayed three nights, four days. They never cleaned the room, changed the garbage or brought clean towels the entire time we were there. Unidentifiable and concerning stains on the walls and ceiling. Heater/AC didn't work properly. No coffee pot in the room as stated on the website. Mini fridge was lukewarm at best. The two hotels share one parking lot with only about 15 parking spots. Terrible experience!! Don't waste your $!
