I stayed at SLS for my birthday in July. The stay was great until, I checked out. The hotel requires valet parking, in small spacing. Valet sqeezes cars to fit in small spacing. Just to collect more money.Valet put a big scratch on my new vehicle. They took pictures and apologized. Valet manager David, stated they would fix the scratches. This has been since July and my car is still not fixed. They offered $200 to fix the scratches on a Mercedes benz paint job. I went to numerous body shops for quotes to have it fixed. Valet at SLS, said it is to expensive to fix. I have contacted David of Valet and Victoria the manager and my car is still not fixed. I advise you not to allow Valet to park your car, if you like your car. We are in October and my car is still scratched. I have been calling every other day with no resolution. Very disappointed with this hotel To this day my car still has not been fixed. Valet is horrible and they are ignoring my calls.The hoel manager claims she cant help me. What is upsetting is the hotel required valet parking but takes no accountability. I gave this hotel 4 stars, but Valet brought it to 2 stars.
