Didn’t expect the room to be as big as it was for the price we paid. And lots of towels given which was amazing! Comfy beds and sheets. My son loved the bunk beds and the privacy curtain

My stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and lovely decor. Bed was so big and we had a lovely river view. Staff we're friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was nice, a good selection. The only negative is the parking is so expensive, £25 for 1 night!! We parked on the street outside as its free Saturday and Sunday's. I will admit, it put me off at 1st this place being named as an hostel but it is more like a hotel. All in all, a lovely stay. We will be back

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel put on a ferry service over to Canary Wharf, which we used a lot and worked well. The room was clean and all amenities were there, complete with lovely views of the river and Canary Wharf. Breakfast was tasty, parking was easy and cheaper than other areas. Would 100% recommend the hotel.

Hotel was dirty, Heating not working so freezing cold. Made us wait in reception area for over an hour to deal with. Short staffed, no manager or handyman on site for the whole weeked.
Changed 2 rooms due to heating issues not working.

Very accessible. Free taxi boat to Canary Wharf a big asset. Quiet hotel even though alot of guests. Lovely area outside along the river. Beautiful skyline view from room at night. Warm cookies on arrival!
