Personale smilende og imødekommende. Gode senge. Gulvtæppe slidt og plettet. Lugtede af kloak på toilet. Morgenmad ok. 2 min. gang til metro, med enkelt skift til centrum. Parkering 10 euro pr. nat. Stille og roligt sted.

Das Hotel liegt in einer zentralen Lage in sehr angenehmer Umgebung mit einigen Restaurants und vielen kleinen Geschäften, wie man sie nur noch selten sieht. Die Einrichtung ist schon ein wenig betagt. Geschlafen haben wir durchgehend schlecht. Die Matratze des Bettes war durchgehend mit Kuhle in der Mitte und viel zu weich.
Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet in einem ansprechenden Raum war ausreichend und gut.

Die Lage ist sehr gut um die Stadt zu erkunden.Im Bad gibt es keinen Kosmetikspiegel.Die Dusche hat einen Vorhang.Dadurch steht das Bad unter Wasser und es dauert sehr lange bis das Wasser abläuft.Der Service und das Frühstück waren gut.

Wir (33/49) waren ca. 1 Woche dort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung. Manche Teile sind in die Jahre gekommen, so u.a. auch der Teppichboden im Hausflur / in den Zimmern. Ein Austausch oder Intensiv-Reinigung würde dem Erscheinungsbild helfen und für einen noch besseren ersten Eindruck helfen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und als gebürtiger Berliner, habe ich mich auf richtige Schrippen sehr gefreut. (Das war eine Hotelüberraschung, nicht immer diese kleinen Pflastersteine der anderen Hotelketten) Ein Wunsch an das Hotelteam, macht weiter so.

Das Bad war eine Zumutung! 4 Sterne Lachhaft.
Die Duschbadewanne ist ein absolutes NO GO! Badewannenboden nur ca. 25cm breit. Man kann darin sehr schlecht stehen. Wannenhöhe ca. 80cm! Brauseschlauch reicht nur für Personen bis 170cm! Die Badezimmertür kann man nur 75% öffnen, da die Badewanne im oberen Bereich im Weg ist!!!
